Clinical Operations Coordinator

Coordinates clinical systems and workflow processes, including EMR support, staff training, patient communication, and operational improvements. Provides both clinical and administrative support to the physician by assisting with documentation, patient workflow, and real-time EMR management. Also supports EMR systems and clinical workflow coordination.

Clinical Lead Medical Assistant

Leads and supports the medical assistant team while assisting with patient care, chronic care management, clinical coordination, and staff training. Oversees in-office procedures and phlebotomy training, supports clinical workflow, and assists with patient follow-up regarding lab results and provider instructions.
